Dear friend,

November is National Hospice and Palliative Care Month in the United States.Β

Pediatric palliative care is an integral part of childhood and adolescent cancer care.

In partnership with the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO) and other world experts,Β we developed the Quality of Life for Children with Cancer booklets. These booklets describe the basics of pediatric palliative care. We invite you to explore them, along with other palliative care resources on the site.

Flu season has started in the United States. If you have not gotten your flu shot yet, now is the time to schedule your appointment. Learn from Dr. Hana Hakim why it is important to get vaccinated every year.Β

Visit our video library to watch stories of hope and healing. We published new Hopeful Thoughts videos in the English, Hindi, Spanish, and Urdu video libraries.Β

With compassion and dedication,
